Remember that lovely cook book I bought at the weekend? Well I eventually got around to trying my first recipe: sticky gingerbread cupcakes. Oh goodness, brace yourself, they are absolutely GORgeous! Roll on chocolate brownie cupcakes, toffee apple cakes, chocolate fudge squares and banana and caramel cookies!
Lovely! I've been drooling over my latest cook book and can't wait to get started on some baking!
